FIG. W-01 — 21+
A 21+ retail brand
Storefront and e-commerce retail · restricted-ad category
Measured window: June — July 2026
Physical retail with real walk-in demand, an online store, and no way to see any of it. There was no measurement stack, 146 broken URLs were bleeding search equity, and what search visibility existed rested on the brand name alone. Online revenue was happening; nobody could say where it came from. The engagement diagnosed the full revenue framework, repaired the site foundation, established measurement across search, local, and online sales, and reported against revenue monthly. The figures below cover a two-month measured window — short, and labelled as such.
- 01
Diagnosis
A Growth Analysis across all five system stages — 399 automated checks over 12 crawled pages. It found no stated headline on the homepage, three competing calls to action above the fold, a mobile performance score of 33/100 with a 9.1s largest contentful paint, 30 sitemap pages nothing linked to, and no LocalBusiness structured data or Google Business Profile link anywhere on the site.
- 02
Conversion infrastructure
146 broken URLs mapped and redirected to live equivalents, recovering search equity the site was losing silently. Structured data and metadata gaps closed against what the 21+ retail vertical actually needs.
- 03
Acquisition
Search and local presence built as the primary acquisition channel — the only one the category reliably permits, with mainstream paid advertising restricted. Google Business Profile work across every store location, and non-branded local search targeted directly.
- 04
Measurement
A measurement stack established across search, local, and online sales, then reported monthly against revenue rather than reach — so each channel could finally be judged on what it produced.
