About ELMTM
Discipline is the product.
ELM Tree Marketing builds structured revenue systems — strategy, conversion infrastructure, acquisition, and retention — for fitness, wellness, music, and 21+ brands. Full-service by design: when one team owns the whole engine, every shortfall has a clear diagnosis and a clear owner.
The Founder
Ethan Leard-Means
I work the way a good doctor does: diagnose before prescribing. Most brands come to me asking for more traffic, and most of them are leaking the traffic they already have. My job is to find the leak, fix the structure, and be accountable to revenue — not to deliverables. That standard is also why ELMTM is selective by design: the system works when the brand is ready for it.
How We Work
Four systems, in order.
- 01
Strategy & Diagnosis
Every engagement starts with a Growth Analysis: where revenue is being lost, and in what order to fix it. No prescriptions before the diagnosis — that's how everything downstream stays accountable.
- 02
Conversion Infrastructure
The site, the funnels, and the tracking get built before traffic gets scaled. Sending demand into a structure that leaks just makes the leak more expensive.
- 03
Acquisition Engine
Organic content, search, and paid — layered in the order the data supports. Channels earn their place in the system; they don't get one by default.
- 04
Retention & Optimization
Email, SMS, and a monthly testing cadence reviewed against revenue. The first sale proves the system works; retention is where it compounds.
Selectivity
Built for some brands. Deliberately not for others.
For
- Brands at real revenue that know the next level is structural
- Founders ready to fix the system, not buy more activity
- Fitness, wellness, music, and 21+ brands in Houston or nationwide
- Teams that want one owner for the whole engine — and one throat to choke
Not for
- Bargain shoppers pricing marketing like a commodity
- Hack chasers looking for the next shortcut
- Pre-revenue experiments that need proof of concept, not structure
- Anyone who wants activity reports instead of revenue accountability
If the fit is right, the first step is a diagnosis.
