Privacy
We measure. Here's exactly what.
Our whole practice is built on measurement, so it would be strange to be vague about our own. This page is the honest inventory: what this site collects, which services process it, why, and how to say no. No dark patterns, no forty-page terms. If anything here is unclear, ask a person directly.
What we collect, and why
Traffic and performance
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast the site loads on real devices. Both are anonymous — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profile of you.
Content analytics and conversions
We use Opinly to understand which pages and articles bring visitors and which lead to an application or a Growth Scan. It assigns your browser an anonymous identifier. If you give us your email — in the Apply form or the Growth Scan — that email is associated with your visit so we know which of our work actually works. That's the same conversion discipline we prescribe to clients, applied to ourselves.
Business-visitor identification
We use Apollo, a business-data service, to identify the companies visiting this site — and, for U.S. visitors, sometimes the business contact — by matching network and device signals against its business database. We use this for one thing: knowing which businesses are interested, so any outreach is relevant instead of cold. We don't buy consumer profiles and we don't sell anything we collect.
What you send us
The Apply form is processed by Formspree and lands in our inbox. Growth Scan results are emailed to you via Resend. Booking runs on Calendly. Each processes only what the form in front of you shows, for the purpose the form states. We never sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, for any reason.
Cookies and local storage
Our own code stores small flags in your browser (for example, that you dismissed the measurement notice). Opinly and Apollo set identifiers to do their jobs described above. There is no advertising pixel on this site and we run no retargeting ads.
How to opt out
- Browser tracking protection and content blockers work here as intended — the site is fully functional with every tracker blocked.
- To have anything you've submitted deleted — an application, a scan email, a booking — email us and it's done. The services above are also bound to deletion on our instruction.
- Apollo offers its own opt-out for its business database at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
Where it's processed
We're a Texas company serving U.S. clients. The services named above are U.S.-based processors; each has its own privacy policy: Vercel, Opinly, Apollo, Formspree, Resend, Calendly.
